3rd Rajyotsava

November 2009

Kannada day is celebrated on November 1st, the day of the formation of the Karnataka State. Each year, KAGG organizes cultural activities and social gathering. November 21st, 2009 Rajyotsava was celebrated at Orchard Farms Clubhouse, Greenville. Everyone enjoyed the relaxed and casual theme we set this year. It was a fun evening.

2nd Summer Picnic

August 2009

KAGG hosted the "Summer Picnic" for the year 2009 on August 29. Picnic was enjoyed at 'Hardklotz Park' located on Rutherford road. There were lot of activities for kids and adults. The group didn't miss this wonderful opportunity to meet other friends and everyone had lot of fun, before the end of this summer.

3rd UGADI

March 2009

The event was a huge success. Various cultural and entertainment programs where presented by members. Also members relished the delicious food of the evening. The function was held at Vedic Center. 2nd Rajyotsava

November 15, 2008 Rajyotsava was celebrated at Senior Citizen Auditorium, Greenville. Various Kannada cultural & entertainment programs where presented.

2nd UGADI

April 2008

This year, the Ugadi Celebrations 2008 was held on Saturday, April 12th 2008 at the Ahimsa Hall, Vedic Center. Celebrations included cultural and entertainment events like classical music, folk and movie dance performances, skits and many more. Cultural program was followed by a grand South Indian Dinner and socializing.

1st Summer Picnic

August 2007

Our annual 2007 picnic was at beautifully "Paris State Mountain state park, Greenville" Kids had fun playing musical chair, frog hop Lemon Race. We had some crazy games for adults. Check our photo gallery, for some funny pictures, men dressed up in women dress.

1st UGADI

April 2007

This was our first gathering after regrouping of the kannada association. The event was huge successful. Various cultural and entertainment programs where presented by members. Also members prepared delicious food for the evening. The function was held at "Gilder Creek Club House". We are very thank full to all our sponsors and volunteers for making this event successful.
